Lizzy Dalton
Varsity Girls Ultimate Assistant Coach
Lizzy played in college at Pacific Lutheran University while studying kinesiology, and immediately fell in love with the game. Other than practice and tournaments with her college team, she played in hat leagues in Tacoma, was involved with Tacoma pick-up, played in Seattle hat leagues over the summer, and joined a few teams in need of women for various tournaments held across the northwest. In the past, Lizzy has coached a weekly clinic in summer started by students/families of Eastside. She started coaching at Eastside last season as we were transitioning to remote schooling. Over the summer, Lizzy took a continuing education class through PLU and the Positive Coaching Alliance. She wants to foster love for the game and give the kids opportunities to grow as players and as individuals. The “Spirit of the Game” is something in Ultimate Lizzy really believes in. Hard work, learning from mistakes, and supporting your team are core to her coaching philosophy
