Kaitlin joins EPS in the role of admissions counselor after initially joining EPS as a school counselor in a long-term substitute role. Kaitlin spent the previous twelve years working with youth and families as a mental health therapist in private practice, school, and hospital settings in California. Prior to her career as a therapist, she worked in the admissions department at the University of Denver, providing campus tours, communicating with prospective families, attending college fairs, and interviewing prospective students. As an admissions counselor, Kaitlin utilizes her expertise in adolescent mental health to support families and students as they move through the admissions process.

In her spare time, Kaitlin can be found at the barn with her horse, exploring libraries and bookstores, and appreciating Pacific Northwest weather and scenery.
