Ed was born and raised in the Bronx but has been living in the Seattle area since 2003. He has taught music in a variety of environments since 1998 and joined the EPS faculty for the 2017-2018 school year. From marching bands and drum and bugle corps to an adjunct instructor at the university level. Ed is a founding member of the Mosaic Brass Quintet. He is also a lecturer and affiliated artist at Pacific Lutheran University, where he performs with the Lyric Brass Quintet. Ed lives with his wife, his young daughter and Sammy the poodle. In his spare time, he likes following sports, cooking (and eating), and both playing and wondering about music.
