Class Supplies Pick-Up Event

Several fall classes require specific supplies which EPS will provide. If your student is enrolled in one of the classes listed below, please plan to stop by Eastside Prep between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Thursday, September 3, Friday, September 4, or Tuesday, September 8.

Classes with supplies for pick-up:

• Art Meets Science
• Botz
• MAKE
• Chemistry & Advanced Chemistry
• Drawing & Painting (7th/8th grade)
• Geoscience
• Magic of Art (5th/6th grade)
• All PE classes (except soccer, volleyball, & CTMP)
• Physical Meets Digital
• Science (6th grade, 8th grade)
• Stagecraft (MS and US)

In order to keep crowding to a minimum we’re asking that families come by the school on this schedule if at all possible:

• Thursday morning, September 3: 5th grade
• Thursday afternoon, September 3: 6th grade
• Friday morning, September 4: 7th grade
• Friday afternoon, September 4: 8th grade
• Tuesday morning, September 8: 9/10th grades
• Tuesday afternoon, September 8:  11th/12th grades

Supplies for every class will be available at all times on all three days and families may come to campus at times not listed for their grade, but keeping to the above schedule will help with traffic flow and minimizing crowding.
