Spring Finals Schedule: June 2 to 8
Our end-of-year exam schedules are in the links listed below. [Password is 2020EPS.] This schedule is slightly different from what was earlier published. Adjustments were made to maintain safety for students on campus and accommodate a hybrid experience for those who chose to be remote.
Middle School students will follow their regular schedules on Wednesday, June 2 and Thursday, June 3 and will then conclude the year with Field Day on Friday, June 4 from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Hidden Valley Park. Please note that 8th graders will have a formal final exam experience; 5th-7th graders will have regular class, which might include end-of-term assessments. Eighth grade students will take finals within Middle School schedule for 8th-grade only classes; 8th graders in Upper School math or Spanish courses would take them on US schedule.

- Students are welcome to participate in finals on campus or remotely. If students have questions about the format of their final assessments or the implications of taking them in-person or remotely, they should direct those to their teacher.
- It is customary at EPS that individual teachers have the flexibility to release graduating seniors from final exams on a class-by-class basis. In most cases, this releases a student from completing a cumulative final during the exams period, but teachers may still assign summative assessments in the closing weeks of school.
